My experience at Lido Beach was quite mixed. On one hand, I had an amazing interaction with Chris Jones, who provided exceptional service and support during my stay. On the other hand, I faced several issues with the condition of the caravan, including it not matching our booking and discomfort during our stay. The location is convenient, but the quality of the accommodations left a lot to be desired.
Rooms

We booked a 3-bedroom silver caravan but were given a 2-bedroom silver instead. It was quite uncomfortable, and the amenities were lacking, such as a tiny fridge and insufficient kitchen supplies.
Service

While Chris was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the entire process, the general reception staff were quite rude and unhelpful when we tried to resolve our accommodation issues.

The park is very close to the beach and a short walk to the town, which was great for our family outings.

Unfortunately, the caravan itself was not well-equipped, with broken items and a general lack of maintenance, leading to a disappointing experience.

Our stay at the park was a mixed bag. While the location was fantastic with easy access to the beach and town center, the privacy in the caravan was lacking due to neighbors being too close. The cleanliness and facilities were decent, but there were issues with noise and access to amenities like the spa. Overall, it was a quiet retreat but not the escape we hoped for.

The caravan was clean, well-equipped, and had tidy sheets, but the previous dog's smell was an issue for us.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, but we faced difficulties accessing the spa, which was frustrating.

Lido Beach Holiday Park is an excellent choice for a family getaway, with a beautiful beach just a short walk away and numerous family-friendly activities. The staff, led by Sarah Cheetham, are incredibly supportive and responsive, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. However, the park lacks a shop and club on-site, so planning ahead for supplies and entertainment is essential. Overall, it's a fantastic place to create lasting memories.

Our experience at the park was a mixed bag. While the beach was just a short walk away and lovely, the cleanliness of our caravan left much to be desired. The facilities were limited, with things like the pool and spa closed, and the constant barking from nearby dogs was quite disruptive. Overall, it was disappointing given the current circumstances and cleanliness expectations.

The caravan we stayed in was filthy, with a damp smell and signs of neglect. It truly felt unwelcoming.

The park hotel offers a decent stay for those looking to explore the area, but it lacks on-site amenities and entertainment. The caravan I stayed in was spacious and clean, which was a plus, but the overall ambience felt a bit scruffy with untidy areas and insufficient warmth during my visit. While the location is fantastic for getting out to the beach and nearby towns, some facilities just didn't meet expectations.
Rooms

The caravan was spacious and clean, but the bedding was paper-thin, which made the cold weekend quite uncomfortable.
Service

The staff were friendly and attentive to needs upon request, which was appreciated even if some services weren't easily accessible.
Location

The hotel is ideally situated close to the beach and a charming walk to Prestatyn, making it a great spot for coastal walks and town visits.
Dining

Amenities like the pool require a drive to a nearby site, and while the area around was lovely for walking and cycling, on-site offerings were minimal.
