My experience at Lido Beach was quite mixed. On one hand, I had an amazing interaction with Chris Jones, who provided exceptional service and support during my stay. On the other hand, I faced several issues with the condition of the caravan, including it not matching our booking and discomfort during our stay. The location is convenient, but the quality of the accommodations left a lot to be desired.

We booked a 3-bedroom silver caravan but were given a 2-bedroom silver instead. It was quite uncomfortable, and the amenities were lacking, such as a tiny fridge and insufficient kitchen supplies.

While Chris was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the entire process, the general reception staff were quite rude and unhelpful when we tried to resolve our accommodation issues.

Lido Beach Holiday Park is an excellent choice for a family getaway, with a beautiful beach just a short walk away and numerous family-friendly activities. The staff, led by Sarah Cheetham, are incredibly supportive and responsive, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. However, the park lacks a shop and club on-site, so planning ahead for supplies and entertainment is essential. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to create lasting memories.
